ADS ON DA WHEN BROWSING!

I am pissed off. Like I'm browsing DA and I notice a stupid ad box that follows me down and up the page like a freaking virus. I go up the page, it goes up, I go down, it goes down! It only happens when I'm browsing DA though, and it just recently started happening. Anybody have the same problem, or is this like a virus?
