Why do people forget about the 5.5 million ish peeps (blacks, communists, gays, gypsies etc)who died in the holocaust. They're people too

I actually hear the murdered Roma mentioned more and more these days. They even recently got a pretty cool memorial in Berlin [link]

Because of the Red Army giving the wrong figures for Jews at first. Then there was propaganda going around from the US (being gassed and being made into soap bars from the remains) so.. idk I guess that's why :c

You have to remember in those days, no one would have cared much for any of them. Some gay people still had to serve their 'sentence' even after the war was over. People know more about it these days though (:
