Unable to submit to the group I am the co-founder of?

I have been trying to submit a piece of art (which has already been submitted to my own gallery) to the group I am the co-founder of, and I have been doing so successfully until today. Every time I try to submit it, it keeps coming up with an error saying "user is not allowed to use this process". I checked the manage members section, and everything is the same as it was before.

Help? This has never happened to me before, and I was also wondering if this has happened to anyone else before?

And sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but I was a little unsure where.
