Id say if you want the touch feature get the Wacom Bamboo pen and Touch uvu I got mine for about $110 including tax But if you dont need the touch feature a Wacom Pen tablet is about $60.00 at your local Bestbuy (where I got my Pen and touch~) It came with Photoshop Elements 8
But have you tried resetting your pen pressure file utulity? Or uninstalling the tablet completely and then reinstalling it with the disc?
My Bamboo tablet came with Corel, and my Intuos came with PS Elements, but considering SAI is a Japanese program that only a fraction of the art population uses in comparison with Photoshop, it won't be appearing with any tablets, and I don't think it ever will.

yes very true! Its weird b/c when I plug up my tablet i can use it with my fingers(like a mouse ya know?) and then when i try to interact with the pen the mouse on my screen glitches or doesnt show up at all plus the tablet doesn't recognize the pen alot of times
You should be able to find the most recent drivers for your tablet on wacom's website. And another thing: don't keep your tablet too close to the computer or laptop you're using. I thought there was something wrong with my pen too, but I had put my tablet on top of my new laptop's keyboard and it was messing with it. I was just used to doing that with my old laptop.
If there are still problems, email wacom's customer support. They're decently fast and relatively helpful. They'll be able to point you to the drivers if you can't find them either.

Yeah its a total bamboo error. its just like how all andriods have this voice dialer thing that randomly calls people from your contacts. alot of andriod owners have been complaining about that lately xD
