I can't believe Hostess is shutting down. I'm just so... depressed. I didn't like Twinkies much... or Ding Dongs, but I definitely loved their white powder and chocolate fudge donettes... those were great! Plus, it played a huge roll in my childhood. xD

Anyway, just saying, this is upsetting to hear. If you're not sure what I'm talking about here's a link:

I guess the most I can hope for is the brand names I like get bought...

I never liked anything from hostess to begin with so in a way this doesn't affect me.

I hate Twinkies lol.

But Ding Dongs..... THEY WERE MY CHILDHOOD.

I hate the spin-offs of Ding Dongs, I will never eat them when Ding Dongs are gone.

NO, DON'T GO DING DONGS. MY CHILDHOOD WAS ALREADY RUINED BY MLP: FiM.

I'm sorry, but seeing a status about missing Twinkies when your username is HungryxHungryxHippos made me laugh.

I want to buy a pack of Twinkies and tap them together in the form of cheers with someone as we both salute and tear into them and bravely hold back our tears.

So long, Hostess.

Who cares, we still have Entenmanns and Little Debbie to satiate our lust for artery-clogging crap.

I wonder, could they at all pull out from people buying all their products now?

I've never had twinkies before. But that's okay as they don't look like something I'd enjoy.
Isn't there an off-brand knock off still available?
