As much as I love art and as much as *some* artists are cool people... This community drives me absolutely batshit insane.

There is an endless supply of emo children who think they're creative or clever.

There are hordes of unrelenting ass-kissers who cling to bad, selfish artists who will NEVER improve because they've only ever had their asses kissed, never critiqued.

And don't even get me started on WIP images with ALL YOUR TOOLS OH SO PERCECTLY ARRANGED AROUND YOUR DRAWING.

That's the world for you. I've met a lot of great people on here, which I think significantly outweighs the bad things about the "dA community."



Besides, it's not like dA is one community. There are a lot of subgroups with completely different attitudes.
