Maybe quality is not the word I'm looking for and maybe I'm not one to judge, but I found in deviantART a lot of useless "talent" and "artwork".
I tough DA have some rules about what is acceptable and what could be around here, pretty much deviantART have lost the "art" word to its title. A rebrand just "deviant" would be more appropriate.
Also there are blogs and other things people can use to share that stuff, I believe DA should stay in an ART quality condition.
I don't know, I would like to move to somewhere else, but I don't know any other site like deviantART, but I guess there is not much difference between Facebook and DA nowadays.
no digo que lo que yo hago sea "arte" tal cual, pero enserio xD wtf con esos 3 ejemplos... definitivamente hay lugares donde encajarian mejor, se les respetan sus gustos pero hay un lugar para todo, ademas estoy de acuerdo con lo de que DA hoy en dia no es lo mismo... *hug* no me parece que haya gente que te diga que te vayas si no te gusta, el hecho es que DA no fue creado para este tipo de users
Desafortunadamente me he encontrado con mucha gente que aprueba ese tipo de contenido en este sitio lo que me hace pensar que el problema no es DeviantART, es la gente que lo conforma.
Créeme, no hagas caso a quien te diga que lo que haces no es arte, es arte, hay distintos niveles de arte, y los respeto todos, SIEMPRE Y CUANDO sea con un propósito artístico, incluso la comedia es considerada arte, hay arte hecho con solo el sentido de entretener y divertir.
Mi problema es con el contenido que claramente no lo se, casos que no requieres un profundo estudio de arte para poder diferenciarlo de arte a basura.
Y efectivamente, hay un lugar para todo, pero este sitio CREO que no fue fundado para ese tipo de contenido.
Pero es mayor la gente que opina lo opuesto, al menos en este foro en especifico.

fun fact: a lot of the people that fall under what you described are adults themselves, and age isn't exactly a reliable gauge of maturity
fun fact #2: people have actually been complaining about this for a few years now, you can actually search the complaints forum (or heck, the site in general) and find plenty of examples
