Spoony leaving TGWTG. why!?

i'm not sure if this is the appropriate place to discuss this, but oh well.

as i saw the teaser trailer for the 4th anniversary video for TGWTG, i scrolled down to read some comments of the users of the site.
one of them said "spoony left the site".
so i checked the site out. as it turns out, all the forum topics, videos, and even the link to the website of spoony were wiped from the site.
spoony is no longer a member of TGWTG. a real hard hit. i really didn't want to believe it.
for me, he was one of the best reviewers on the site. not to mention had good chemistry with the rest of the guys. (at least in my eyes)
but something confused me. some said he left the site on his own while others state that he got kicked out.
i also saw someone mention the "spoony incident".
and as a casual viewer who's not a user of either site, i can't access any info on the matter.

what happened? why did this happen!? was he kicked out or did he leave on his own?
i need answers please! someone, anyone!

I actually waltzed around trying to figure that out.

From a few hours of conversing, I found out that Spoony was indeed fired, due to an instance over twitter. Apparently Spoony had recently been through a break-up and was very irrational at the time. LordKat (Until We Win) and JesuOtaku (who spoony was inprofessionaly forward with) took this opportunity to send their fans against spoony over twitter. Spoony raged at the fans who were trolling him, and the higher-ups over-reacted to the incident and outright fired him for inprofessional conduct (Read: because he hit on jesuotaku and she never complained about it, and he yelled at fans over twitter).

That Guy then went kind of overboard and banned everyone who so much as fucking mentioned spoony in a light heart. Spoony was my favorite out of all of them, and it makes me sad knowing that their work won't cameo in his and vice versa.

Though something tells me that Spoony will get re-hired at some point. I don't know what, but I think TGWTG has plenty of users who aren't LordKat and JesuOtaku that still love Spoony I bet (Angry Joe, Linkara, etc.) who are much more influential to TGWTG crew.

The sad part is his breakup wasn't recent, it as like 2 years ago and he's carried on about it ever since. Anyone who follows him kinda knows that already, especially after that embarrassing Vlog about Breaking Dawn he did.

JesuOtaku didn't do anything, Spoony tweeted her out of the blue saying if she and her boyfriend broke up he'd gladly tie her to a pipe in his basement and rape her. She was upset at the joke but didn't say much about it in public, but possibly filed a complaint with Channel Awesome. ObcurusLupa rightfully called him out on his bullshit which brought down the fury of his fans on HER. Spoony then continued to act like a complete douchebag all over twitter to everyone he knows, and this was just the culmination of months worth of bad behavior and creeping on women on twitter. LordKat only bitched about him on his own livestream AFTER hearing about the incident, and people agree he went too far with things he said as well. this is getting more confusing the more info i get.
i thought lupa was the one who reacted to the joke.
but now there's lordkat, who isn't even a part of the site anymore.
and i didn't see any mention jesuotaku and lordkat sending their fans against spoony.
this is a bit bigger than i thought...
