When you and another person share so much in common, they start to pull away from you without being honest. And when you crack a joke with her that she takes the wrong way, she becomes the most bitter person towards you, hearing your apologies, staying silent, and using that as a method to push you away.

You want to be in their life, but you can do nothing if they don't want you to be in theirs. Why must people be so bitter?
