This note was sent to 5 admins, and only 4 looked at the message, of those 4, none responded.

"I have a friend :iconlolninja: who has been permanently banned for "posting links to goatse in public comments"
I find this "perma-ban" to be a bit severe although strictly stated in the etiquette policy, if only for the reason that there was not even as much of a warning before banning.
I am certain that there are other deviants who have done much worse than her, and still have not been banned. Whether this is because they haven't been reported or are not directly violating policies is beyond my knowledge.
All I want to know is if there is any possibly way to by-pass this "zero tolerance" banning or is it strictly final and nothing can be done due to the amount of time that has passed?"

I personally think this is bull to be ignored. Even a little "perma ban is permanent" would suffice. I don't even get an explanation and find it rude to just be outright ignored as such. I know I'm just a browser, and that reduces my credibility and such to nil.
For a minor reason, I feel it's silly to ban her for that.
I may be asking to be banned, but I really don't care at this point.
If DA admins care this little for its users, I don't really care to be a part of this community.

So how do you know four looked at it?

Also; nothing of value was lost.

Linking to porn is against the rules. Them getting banned was inevitable.

It was resolved in a good 12 hours. While I was asleep and at school. Now, how would I have known that it was resolved? Oh yeah, I wouldn't.

FAQ :iconpointingplz:

Read It.

With a blank account and now avatar or pictures, even I find that slightly suspicious. Regardless of how many years your been on here. Seriously, standing up for a friend is cool, and commendable too. However, if she was doing it repeatedly, it's no surprise she was perma-banned.

Links to other sites as spam is pretty much bannable on MOST websites anyway. That's kinda common knowledge.

So wait, it was clearly stated that such things would get your friend banned, and still your friend posted that link? Guess what that means? The warning WAS given in the policy that is very well available for all to read. If you choose not to heed the warning there, you get what you deserve  The admin don't have to tell you, because the fact that your friend is perma-banned should tell you their answer.
