Aside from having boobs, what about these suggests that they AREN'T between 7-12 years old?
There's a distinct lack of pubes (the rest of the nudes/porn in this person's gallery have pubes), the feet are tiny and child-like, the big eyes and long lashes have a more child-like feel to them rather than that suggesting a "cute" adult, the hairstyle, stature... it seriously doesn't look Chibi. It looks like 5-year-olds with boobs.
