I am sick and tired of seeing all kinds of people going "OMG Israel shld stop attcking Gaza, der just being maen." :| There are currently 10, TEN Gaza-Israel related threads in Politics, and all are pretty much slanted the same way. Israel has been telling the U.N. for YEARS that unless something was done about Hamas they would take matters into their own hands. So people shouldn't be surprised that they actually did. And, all these "civilian targets" that Israel has supposedly been taking out have actually been proven to be platforms for Hamas to launch mortars, rockets, grenades, or been chock full of Hamas, their weapons, or their explosives. Hamas decided to use the people of Gaza as humans shields, and obviously it's not working. And although I think it's terrible that innocents had to/have to die, it's to be expected in war. Every single war every fought has had civilian casualties, and that's not about to change.

tl;cr: People think Israel is the bad guy here and it fills me with RAGE. :iconhardcoreplz:

Agreed... I hope Israel kicks some Hamas ass. They've been taking it lying down for too long and Hamas is just evil.

Oh and the U.N. is useless. If you want something done, better off just doing it. I mean they can't even pass a friggin' cease fire agreement because all the representatives are morons who have their own agendas. Maybe at one point the U.N. had a use, but today? Not so much...
