I have no time or care for the whole litigation fest going on between Suicide Girls and Lithium Picnic, boohoo, someone broke a contract.. No one forces them to sign these contracts, they agree to them under their own free will, perhaps you're too moronic to understand that. Or maybe it's just easer to post VIVA LA PICNIC or something similar somewhere, without a reason or a care.
