First all I'm out 150 dollars now that I have to get. Yes it was my fault because I had did the stupid thing and was speeding to beat someone to the college parking and hit/killed a stop sign.
But it's simply the repairs to it. Granted this was not a beefy sign, it was made of the metal that I use to hold my selfs up, little holes and not. This was not in concrete, it was in the dirt. They could easily cut the metal at the base and plopped it back in. Yet it costs $150 dollars hell that's just as absurd as the cameras in Marysville and how there is zero tolerance over that.
Shit that must have been some repair job. They must have pimped it out or something.
Second, model painting. Granted I'm working on paining a Transformer. It's a pain in the ass to be painting those tiny areas and I don't see how people who work on models do that. They must have years of experience or something

I'm pretty sure that street signs are intended to be of uniform height - not have a stop sign that's all of a sudden two feet shorter than all the rest.
They have to pay someone to get it, to move it, and eventually to put it back in, and they're likely not going to straighten it out, but to just put a new back-piece on as well (or possibly just put a whole new sign in depending on how damaged it is because that might be cheaper than taking the time and money to fix it).
Just because there's a slacker way to "fix" it doesn't mean that's the route they're going to take.
Yeah but you never know. I mean this is in Marysville. In our area the cops there are a bit more money hungry when it comes to the city. They must be raking in cash with their zero tolernce over the speed cameras.

I can make the money in the 2 week period, it's still a pain, and they don't go into great deal or repairs.
Hell I'd at least want to know what the exact repairs are for shits and giggles.
