okay, im not here to complain about his works... or his retarded fanbase... or anime

im complaining about copying other artist's work. He is not doing fan art.. he is tracing screenshots of the anime... isnt that copyright infringement?

i need some explanation here. and Baileys.

I wonder if this is more of a problem with the new report system. Like someone reported him, but didn't have sufficient evidence, then it was flagged as "ok" by the admins. Because reporting him again isn't allowed apparently, new evidence can not come forward.
