Pricing for one picture

Hi guys,

can you give me a hint on what to charge for a picture of mine to be used in a presentation slide and probably printed brochures (inquiry states the slide will be shown about 10 secs, the presentation will be given about 10 to 20 times, if or how many brochures will be printed is unknown)

Any sensible suggestion mucho appreciated, thanks!

When negotiating the license figure in how many eyes will be looking at your image. Also evaluate WHO is buying it. While the buyer should not really influence price you have to charge what your buyer can bear. For example if this is just a mom and pop home business you would charge them substantially less than say if this was for Microsoft.

Rights you licence!!!

Inclusive rights of use are cheaper than exclusive rights of use.

Look at how they want to use the image and licence it appropriately.
