It was quite cool being nestled in such a huge class of literature seniors. In listening to what you say about `raspil, I realize that one thing I have not done hardly any of is comment in forums. I think I'll start trying to contribute more here.
Ticks to all the right folks, but I'll add that I think `raspil has gone way past the "call of duty" around here and so certainly needed some sign she's respected and really loved around here. Thanks to you for giving her a 'shout out.'
`raspil definitely deserves it. Funny it had to come right when she decided to leave for a year, though.
I would probably just say her threads and her journals, rather than a response to a specific person. They're so harsh and she delivers the truth with such impact, you know it's shattering the glass bubble some folks live in.
I'd only been a deviant for a year when I became a senior. Admittedly this was because I had been a community volunteer, but still, I'm not the only one who's been ticked after a fairly short time. ^3wyl came early to hers, as well, I'm pretty sure.
I apply for being a volunteer in fact but I haven't been one. In fact it's hard to meet people from here, really. And yeah, since it's English oriented in language, it's also hard to help people... well I dunno how to help people in the community in fact ? I'm doing a lot for people around in DA but I dunno how to do more and if there's more to do there... I feel more being a friendly and more than a part of the community at the moment...
Being French should be an asset to you rather than a detriment on dA, because despite it being an English-based website, there is a large French community here and the more diverse your reach, the better in my opinion, since you can reach an extra chunk of the community that others couldn't, and as such you bring something valuable to the table.
