Where can I buy good cosplay?

OK, so... I don't know if this is the right forum to put it in but oh well.

This year in school, there'll be a special day where we have to dress up as characters.
Can anyone give me any good cosplay sites that aren't too expensive?
Mostly prefer manga 'looking for Hatsune Miku in particular) or funny characters (like Pedobear).
I'll gladly look at any good cosplay sites, I'd like to check some more characters out.

If you want a good cosplay your going to have to pay a lot of money. Cheap cosplays look cheap, there's really no way around that.

If you want to not pay out the nose for your cosplay you're better off making it.

Urgh. I can't afford a costume that's too expensive.

I can't find the time and patience to make one either.

I would find the time and patience to make one because the other options are pay a lot of money or look crappy.
