I think her legs are too far forward, like she's tipping over. Her head might be too far back, too. And something about how there's not enough of the tops of her shoulders showing, but I don't really know how to articulate it beyond that.

Also her hand is a fork.

than start by adding hips to your girl .. otherwise you won't be able to work out the legs ...

the ..."tomber" (french - ...the way the fabric is suppose to fall) ... the folds of your dress is way to unnatural ... certainly that's why you can't get the legs correctly ...as for the hands .. simplify the whole .. no need to show all the lines that separate each finger ...
listen you must first draw a bloc for the hands, then try to make the contour only ... then you will see yourself with "separation lines"should appear or not ~
