For or Against? DA makes you ADHD

For someone with such a bad time management, I found that DA is one of my deadliest distractions.

That includes frequent message-checking, faving and commenting.
I may look like a new user but in truth I've bee here for more than 4 years now, having deactivated my account
for three times. (LOL)

But of course, there're so many amazing people out there who could multitask things.

So guys, how do YOU see this? I would like to share your honest opinion!

I don't get addicted, I check my notes, take a look at some Deviations and get on with my day.

This site isn't as "social" as most, so there's nothing for me to be sucked in to.

DA is the same as all social media.
Some people get addicted to it. Others don't.
