Digital Artists- What program do you prefer?

I like alternating between Photoshop and PaintSAI cuz there's always something the other program lacks in. I like painting backgrounds and backdrops in Photoshop while painting people/animes in PaintSAI.

I guess you could say they complete each other

I used to paint with a mouse but I completely ditched it for my new tablet

photoshop + wacom

I do not use other programs because photoshop does everything I need right now.

I work on Photoshop since controls are comfortable for me and it has given me nice results. I have the Wacom Bamboo Create and it works like a charm for me.

Paint Tool SAI all the way. It is the only one that I have found that has an easy user interface and works smoothly. Wonderful for Manga, but I have yet to try realism on it. I'm not sure it would work well with realism for the lack of realism tools. But if you tend to draw Manga, I would HIGHLY recommend it.

I draw with a Wacom Intuos 4. I love it very much. Just make sure to check for new drivers every two weeks or so, to avoid lag of the mouse ^^

Paint Tool SAI, Serif DrawPlus and Corel Draw for linework and text.

SAI, openCanvas, Gimp and Photoshop for coloring and effects.

I use a combination of mouse and tablet to draw with and paint.

But I still use a pencil and paper to rough out ideas.

Illustrator for mouse, since line strokes are more smoother compared to Photoshop.
But when I got my tablet, I'd say Photoshop, because of the pen pressure.

_{I use Photoshop CS5 with mouse.
And i started practicing on SAI.
But most ppl i know use paint tool SAI because it's easier and it doesn't take too much space on the computer as photoshop does.}
