Submission Still Proccessing... :(

I've been trying ti submit a preview image for over 20 minutes now and the thing shows that it's still "processing...". Frustrated at the length of time it's been taking I've tried to upload it 2 other times and now I've got 3 previews trying to 'process' without any success. I tried to delete the files but the X is not showing on the images. Even turning off my browser and logging back into deviantART doesn't seem to help... all 3 files are still here and still trying to 'proccess'.
My connection is just fine, otherwise I wouldn't be able to post this request for help.
It's been nearly 30 minutes now... anyone else having this problem?

I went to update a picture and it took a long time, so what? I went to another website for a few minutes, came back, and it was done.

If you're having problems log a ticket to the help desk.

Yes, it's working now... but now I'm being asked to sell a print, which I don't do because my file is a scrapbook freebie kit.
I'll try submitting again.

nice, I was able to change a deviation but the one i tried to upload is ''stashing'' and crashing... I guess that I wont touch it anymore and wait xD

Sorry to hear that.
When I had uploaded my file it showed up twice, the first only showed the preview image only and the other uploaded with the zip file
Hope they get this fixed soon :shrug:
