There's a user here on Deviantart called [link] and she stole art from my Tumblr account ask-waluigi.deviantart.com
[link] Here's a detailed list of what she stole from me, when I posted it on Tumblr and when she posted it in her gallery. Everything I posted on Tumblr, was posted MONTHS before she joined Deviantart. And now she's even using one of my pictures as her DA avatar.
The email to my Tumblr is the same as an old account of mine, which I used to report my art, but nothing has been done, so I made this account to prove that I own the Tumblr account.
I have filed a DMCA claim against her, I have reported my own work and other people have reported her work, but the staff just brush them off by saying "it's in the wrong category", when clicking on the Permission Issues button is NOT the wrong category for reported work. I even contacted the Help Desk admins and they never replied, I only get a cold shoulder and a "Talk to the Hand" response back (figure of speech). The reason I think the staff won't do anything is because she's a Premium Member, but being a premium member does NOT translate out to "This artist is above the law, there's nothing we can do!" God dammit DEVIANTART, having a paying costumer doesn't mean a DAMN thing if their work is stolen!! I want my work GONE from her gallery permanently, and I want her BANNED because she'll obviously never stop stealing. All the staff have done is removing my art from her Featured gallery, but it's still there when you click the browse button, they basically just sweeped it under the rug.
Here's a few comments I got back from the people who reported their work:
" I tried reporting it through the help desk/customer support stuff, but they’ve essentially pawned me off by saying it was filed under the wrong category. They just say to report every piece separately"
"maybe she still didn't delete it? Just out of her gallery? I don’t know. I’ve asked her to delete it, but it’s still there indeed. Just not in the main gallery."
"yeah, all they’ve done is move everything out of the featured gallery. It’s still viewable under Browse. None of it’s been deleted."
"Yeah, a lot of other people are also posting up support to you on the thief’s page. Hopefully DA will ban her. What I find funny is this person is a Paid Member on DA. They are basically paying money to have an account with stolen art…"
"I tried talking to the artthief again and telling her to delete your stuff, but now she tells me to stop talking to her. She just doesn’t understand. 0_0 Do you already have a reply from the DA staff?"
And still nothing have been done by the staff. I am NOT gonna lose this fight, her gallery is gonna be EMPTY and she's going to get BANNED, I'm sick of this shit.
And a while back I made a Trial comic where I asked for cameos as the Audience and Jury, and quite a few people voulenteerd, that page is up in her gallery too, meaning she's not only stealing from me, but other people's characters as well.
[link] Here's her page.
[link] And here's my page with all the cameos listed.
She said she was gonna delete them, but she never did. And the staff won't listen to me or the people who reported my work. All I want is to have my art DELETED FROM HER GALLERY and have her banned for this. Is that too fucking much to ask??
