Does anyone use 'Pencil'?

I mean the animation program. There is a free animation software called Pencil and I want to know if anyone uses it. If it's really DONE anything to help them... does freeware work?

I use mostly adobe products but I do use a 3d program called blender that is quite impressive.

I animated a bouncing ball with it once. I found it to be pretty okay, especially since I've never had a background in animation.

Ah. I'm just trying to find people who can help me with an animation, and I thought that a good, free software might be Pencil. It's a fan-animation and I'm thinking of putting a lot of time into it and actually making it look really good.

I think it can as long as the person puts time and effort and doesn't get lazy with it.

It probably can but I haven't fully explored the program's abilities.
