How to make people watch you livestream?

So..I'm the type who like to chat, or so with people while drawing :) Or maybe help people while I draw..When I try join me, or Livestream..theres ZERO people watching..even if I post about it. :/ I feel maybe I'm not good enough..or is it only about population? I'm not doing this for population..I just wanna help if anyone wonders about anything or wanna hang out and chat. As I learn a lot of people by watching on livestream, also its fun :)
If anyone got tips? :) there might not be any answers to this tho..

Just pick a time when a lot of your watchers are online (somewhere in the early evening would be fine, depending on time zone and such). And make an announcement via news or an artwork. I see people do that a lot :)

Well alot of art livestreams are popular usually because they are already popular on DA. I only assume that because Ive been to alot of streams and most of the artist come from DA. But of course, that doesn't dimiss the other watchers on LS who don't have a DA.

So basically, treat livestream as you would treat an internet video. You need content that people like, and you need to let people know also. Just remember, assume everyone is busy. They won't pay attention to you unless you tell em something. Get advertising and do some work.
Or just get bettter.

Yes, I have this problem too. I love streaming, but it's a bit disheartening when nobody joins you. Although I think my audio quality might have something to do with it.
