best webcom bamboo tablet to use for cheap & MS Ex or debut to start out with?

:iconjshield21:
Hey guys, i was wondering, what's the best webcom bamboo tablet i can get for cheap (that still works like some of the best. don't have a whole bunch of money to spend right now :( sadly). & is that tablet just like drawing with regular paper? or is it better or worse? & with Manga studio, is it better to get the EX version & take the time to learn that to keep you from spending more money in the future or do you have to stick with the debut because it'll be too difficult? (like i said before, not that much to spend right now, sorry.....)& i'm new too, so if there's any other tips you could spare about the 2 that would be amazing!!

Thx for the help anybody & everybody that can help with this issue!!

Honestly, I have manga studio ex and manga studio debut. For what I do, I found that there really isn't a big difference between the two unless you work with 3-d images, then you might want ex more so. If you are just drawing, I feel that the only upfront difference between the two is that Manga Studio debut doesn't have a color selector tool so it makes it a little more difficult to keep the colors consistent, also Manga Studio ex has a brush tool which manga studio debut doesn't. I still use debut at times, just because I don't find that there is much of a difference between the two when it comes to drawing. My suggestion if you just want it for simple drawing, stick with debut, it'll save you money and the setup isn't too much different than ex. I don't have a bamboo tablet, so I can't help you with that, but I hope I at least helped a bit with the other topic.
