I know DA has hundreds of tutorials, most of them being incredibly interesting and helpful.
But sometimes some of the really good tutorials hide in the maze of opportunities, and I was wondering if any of you have a favorite one? One that might be easily accessible, features incredible art, explains a technique really well, or is just entertaining and nice to read, etc. ?
Personally I always loves ~alexd1's tutorials about body language and expressions, since they're super useful in a relaxed way. [link][link]
Sadly my favorite one was taken down. It was a break down of how to draw the snarling expression of a wolf. The artist even showed how it would correspond muscularly on the human face which I used in one of my drawings titled: Fight, Flight, or Growl? Besides that one though, I trend towards pose sheets/anatomy references. But I highly recommend this hairstyle tutorial [link] it's pretty entertaining. And this hair tutorial is actually one I keep tucked away in the back of my head while I'm drawing [link] This clothing and fold tutorial has a second part linked in the artist comments, and both have been very helpful [link] [link] And this is one of my favorite wing tutorials.
Well, one of my favorite tutorial is this: [link] ^^ It is super effective, if you ask me, and I use that technique everytime, I want to change a hair color
