The tutorials on deviantart really give you a good start!

[link] This series in particular is quite amazing.
And of course nothing does it better than just repeated copying and drawing from observation!

I really like Anatomy for the Artist by Sarah Simblet. =)
Also the Anatomy Coloring Book is really helpful for learning what muscles are where and what they're called etc.
