I'm just wondering, whenever I see a canvas in stores
it says it's suitable for acrylic paint...
But I wonder is it suitable for watercolour paint as well (since I use water colour)
Is there any specific canvas material/type that "repels" water colour?
Or if water colour wouldn't work well?
Or does any canvas work with any medium?

Did I confuse you? I can lend some tips on the appropriate medium, if you want.

not really
hmmm...I was thinking; those cardstock paper for watercolour, do they crinkle up if painted on?
since you know, normal paper crinkles up......
and if it's thicker than paper, is it still frame-able?...

It crinkles, but not very much. Regular printer paper tears up a lot easier
It's thick, but it still fits in a frame

so basically it is a thick paper?
since It's easy to hang a canvas (no need for a frame)
so I was just wondering how people hang up water colour artworks

if you want to use watercolor on canvas, you'll want to apply an acrylic medium that mimics the texture and absorbancy of paper.
Might I suggest:

Watercolour is made for paper. You cannot use even diluted (watered down) acrylics on canvas of wood. It's just not made for this purpose.
