Look at bloods consistency, its gloopy, dribbly and thick.

Look at references, -real- blood. Also I suggest learning anatomy and drapery, I was going to redline your piece but its far too weak that I can't actually help you without re-drawing the entire piece, which isn't really useful for you.

Make sure its a deep red and then just add shadows to it and then shine to it and search DA for tutorials too
