hey guys, when i'd started drawing anime i used to try and re-draw manga art and colour it differently and add some effects.... Am I Allowed To Post Those??? as they are NOT originally by me.

Eh...speaking just on the terms of the site, you should be OK as long as you credit the original artist- that is say who did it and what book/etc it is from.

I don't think it matters what anyone says. You can't limit yourself to what you shouldn't draw, because it is just practice, and without practice you will not learn.
Do what it takes to learn and until you start working for a living as an artist, then what you claim better be your own.

i didn't have a pen tab when i started drawing, so i used to draw anime (not trace) by looking at images/magazines/books etc...and use a scanner to put them on my pc... but now i draw my own :)
thanks for the advice "*Rovanna" :)
and "~IncandescentInsanity" i feared it might be a bigger question than i thought :D
