How to Credit Properly?

I used a ref I found on Google for this picture but I can't find any terms of use from the site I got the ref from here: [link] It's not credited on my picture right now but I don't want to be accused of copying/tracing. Who do I credit it too? Or is it even necessary?

Use the images on Deviantart, they're much less screwed, also the stocks are there to be used for art purposes, so you'll never have to worry.

If you are just using a reference for the pose and aren't copying the image or using the original in your art (e.g., as with photomanipulation), you don't have to reference it. Otherwise, Campbell's would have sued the crap out of Andy Warhol.
