Er....you can get a free trial.

But no, there is no free legal version.

Do you have the receipt and stuff? You should have gotten a confirmation email or something. Just contact adobe customer service and explain what happened, as long as you have your receipt they should be able to help you out.

Get GIMP, it has pretty much the same features as Photoshop, and it's far more user friendly.

No, there are no official free version of these softwares. What you're basically asking are for cracked version which is against the rules to post about on Deviantart.

Also while Photoshop can be expensive, Paint Tool Sai is less than a hundred dollars.

If you want free software for art, I suggest gimp, firealpaca, and sketchbook express/copic edition.

If you bought Photoshop, you have a serial code. So go download the trial version from Adobe's website, use your (legal) serial code, and forget about SAI.

Gimp is the freeware equivalent.
Besides that, there is no legal free version of things that cost money.
