I made vector lineart. It's all nice and pretty now, but I'm going for typical, stylized chibi style, with gradients, shading, etc. Not A Scanner Darkly style. So how do I do that?
Everything I've found so far only shows me how to do cell-shaded vector style.
Of course you can color it normally. Just because many cell shade it doesn't mean it can be painted normally. The default brush you use can be the same as photoshop or any image editing program you use.
Shading and coloring is more about the color theory and light then the program itself.
