I was wondering, to all those who make adoptables, how do you determine their price? I've been thinking of doing a few sometime in the future, but don't want to sell them for too little/too much.
Today I was looking around and saw some that ranged from 20 points, all the way to 300! Is it the creativity, the quality, or something else? Because some of them seem pretty simple but still manage to sell them for a lot of points!
Well i usually go for 5-10 points or lower since money doesn't grow on trees. But yes, sometimes it depends on quality. If your making the most detailed mega adoptables out there then it'll sound reasonable since you put your time in it to charge a bit more 10 or for however much your going to want from people. And then there comes the less detailed but normal adoptables that should be at low price range since its not as much trouble with mega detailed adoptables. Hopefully i explained this pretty well. I'm not really great at explaining~
FYI, 80 points = 100 cents, so 10 points is only 12.5 cents. Is a dime and 2-3 pennies - couch change - really what you think all that hard work and details is worth?
