I use Manga Studio for the Sketch and Adobe Photoshop CS2 for the rest. I also have Paint Tool SAI but for the moment it's fine the way it is. :D

I'm using Photoshop CS3. I think I might change it soon, though ...

I prefer ArtRage, but when I need to edit on the fly I use Paint.NET because it's simple and easy.

Krita for sketching + inking, GIMP for colours + all the rest.

Picture tells more than a thousand words.. first 2 steps = Krita, last 2 = GIMP.

Paint Tool Sai for drawing and colouring. GIMP for editing and possible other things.

Photoshop CS6, sometimes Illustrator (also CS6), Corel Painter 12 and maybe SketchBook Express.

Photoshop Cs5 I am no expert on it but I feel more comfortable with Photoshop than with Sai, but that's me and my personal preference. I've seen great artwork with both programs
