I can't copypaste my SAI canvas into another program?

My SAI trial expired while I was working on a drawing, and now I can't save it. I thought I'd be able to copy the finished drawing to my clipboard, and then paste it into another program to save it, but that isn't working. Are you even able to do that? How can I save my drawing? Or do I just have to take a screenshot and settle for a smaller image?

If worse comes to worse -- take a screenshot of the picture and paste the screencap into the new programme.

Your Sai expired? Too bad... If it hadn't, you could've saved your file as a PSD for you to draw in Photoshop. But I guess now you have to use another painting program for that drawing of yours.

Programs usually lock certain features such as copy and paste, and saving when trials expire. Best thing to do is purchase the program for $65 dollars or find one with similar features for you to try.
