So. Which set-up/settings should I actually use when creating a new blank canvas? Which settings benefit my work to look good on the internet and ALSO printing?
I see slight changes here and there and as I'm getting more serious with my work [not this account, nothing here], doing commissions and sometimes to be printed out - publishing. What if a respectable company/publisher hires me to do an illustration for them [not vector] to later be printed - which settings I should choose and which would be the appropriate file size? I usually work between 2000~4000 px canvas size.
Any info on this RGB & CYMK thing is appreciated. I guess I know CYMK is more for printing and vectors and RGB is usually related with photography..?
CYMK might be useful for printing on cups, because that printer is different, but most printers are fine with RGB. It is almost the standard with printers even if the ink is CYMK, the program is in RGB.
So it is what ever you like to work with the best to make thing look exactly the way you expect. If you have no idea then maybe your art isn't at that point.
