Are there any free drawing programs as good as something like paint tool sai?

I'm so frustrated right now because I forgot that my free use of sai was just a trail, and now I have to go back to the frustratingly unintuitive gimp(as you can tell I'm definitely no fan >:(). Are there any programs as intuitive as a paid program like paint tool sai? The program should be easy to use with many tools, and great one window interface. Is there anything free like that?

Like self-epidemic said I heard open canvas is good, though I heard from different artists that it's good for either line art or painting. But don't worry, I saw a great artist using it and he rocked it!

There's sumo paint. It's an online program. And it's free unless you want the pro version. You should try it. (There's more information at the website.) [link]
